Born and raised in the world of football, Belo Zabo took his first steps in the training structure of Real Football. That’s where he began to fine-tun his skills, laying the groundwork for what would become his character playing style. His apprenticeship continued and consolidated at the prestigious Dauphine Academy, a key passage that helped shape the player he is today.
In 2022, Belo Zabo reached a significant milestone by joining the “Brazilians of Bepanda”, Astres FC an experience that undoubtedly enriched his vision of the game and technique. After this international bracket, he returned to Cameroon to evolve under the colors of the Astres.
The start of the 2024/2025 season has been the scene of a spectacular return in force for Belo Zabo. From day one, he set the tone by scoring a goal, indicating his regaining form and ability to be decisive. His maturity and leadership were quickly recognized, as he wore the Stars captain’s armband for much of the season.
Belo Zabo is described as a very solid defender, able to neutralize opposing attacks with a great physical presence. However, its versatility doesn’t stop there. He also possesses this rare ability to easily trigger offensive action, making him a true “box-to-box” side that pushes, defends, and actively participates in game-building.
Despite the relegation of the Astras to the Elite Two at the end of last season, Belo Zabo managed to pull his pin out of the game, achieving a remarkable individual season.
